Hosting

All clients wanting a website built will need web hosting. I work alongside TLH Consulting to offer web hosting for $10.00 a month. I do require my clients to host with TLH to ensure all the upgrades I use to build your site will be recognized by the servers. You will be billed monthly through paypal for your hosting.

Domain

If you do not already have a domain name, I will purchase you a domain name through Godaddy ($9.99 per year). My domain name is Funtasticdesigns.com. You will provide me with your top 3 choices of domain names..and I will do the work for you!

Web Template and Graphic Fees

Your web template and graphics ARE AN ADDITIONAL COST. You are responsible for watching to see if terms change with Graphic Artists. I WILL PURCHASE GRAPHICS AND TEMPLATE once we are ready to begin. I need access to your templates and graphics to build your website. 

 Fees and Costs

I will build a 6 page website for $250 (w/o background music); $280 (w/background music). Your web template and graphics ARE AN ADDITIONAL COST (they will run anywhere between $15.00-$50.00.

A link is when I can find a page on the internet that you want.

 A PDF is a document you send me that I print in Adobe and upload to your site. PDF's are an additional $1.00 per PDF.

A new page is when I create a new page for your site. All my themes are on NEW PAGES. When you click on the theme a new page comes up.

Have You Considered These Options For Funding Your Classroom Website??

My Kindergarten students are selling lollypop grams to school students for Valentines Day! Not only will we be raising money for our classroom website..but the students will be learning responsibility, working with money, and following directions! -Salli Dean

Have your students sell flowers for Valentines Day.I'm integrating the parts of a flower study with my second graders with this fund raiser. The students are so excited to not only sell flowers to students and staff...BUT they feel like they are helping and taking ownership over a new classroom website you are going to build for us! -Erick

My Fifth Graders are hosting an auction at our Fun Night. We had a few local companies donate gifts that will be auctioned off. The money we make will fund our classroom website. We had a salon donate a massage, a local restaurant donated a dinner for two, Walmart donated a TV, and a parent donated a new bike. The students are working hard to create signs and banners to promote our auction. This is a great way to incorporate real life into every day curriculum.

Content

Content is your responsibility (text, links, and classroom/student pictures)I can link as many times as needed. New pages are $5.00 each. You will be responsible for proofreading. I do have the right to decline information wanted on pages. I have the right to utilize my discernment on pages being constructed. If I see an issue with copyright, it is my right to withhold putting that copyrighted information on your site page.  

My Rights and Responsibilities

 I strictly create, organize, and update your website using the web templates/graphics you choose. YOU are responsible for emailing me your content and any additional pictures you would like to personalize your web pages with. I will format your info into the proper templates.  I do have the right to decline working for a client  if I feel there is a lack of cooperation and a lack of mutual respectful.  

Payment

I do ask for 1/2 your payment up front. I will begin your HOME page once you confirm your web template with me and I receive 1/2 your payment. I ask all payments be sent through Paypal.
 

This “down payment” covers my loss should you decide not to finish your website when time has been vested and graphic/template fees. Once I have received your full payment your website will be posted "live." 

Time Frame Of Completion

The more prompt you are in getting content to me, the quicker I can complete your finished site. I do work on a first come, first serve basis. I average 1 site a week during the school year. NOTE: Times of completion MAY VARY. THANKS!!!
